Epic

JohnnyUtah's and FleckoGold's were reason enough to watch this. Lots of fantastic skits this time around. Overall, much more solid than Disc 1. There were a few duds, but the good stuff eclipsed all of them overwhelmingly.

RAGE!!

I have to admit, the Awesome stuff has been grating on me, so I was expecting to get bout the same as I've been seeing. I was surprised to see a funny rant that felt a lot like a fleshed out one of your easter eggs. I was very entertaining, and the animation was fitting and zany. Good stuff.

Wow

That was pretty amazing. The Art cleanliness is a bit of a step down from what it's been recently, but the animation was still very nice. All of your cartoons feel trapped in 1985, which is good, because it makes them 23 years better. Nice stuff.

Another fantastic installment

The artwork is always very smooth and clean in your cartoons, which makes them enjoyable to watch even during the dull points in the comedy. In this one, however, it seemed pretty solid all the way through, with no breaks in laughter and whatnot. The ending portraits are always pretty awesome. I want one as my desktop.

Very enjoyable

I watched it last night and forgot to leave a review, so here goes.

The visuals suited the pixel pop music very well. The 8-bit look mixed with the regular art was very focused, clean, and well-done. This cartoon is a very enjoyable way to experience this song.

A somewhat dated, though well-told story

Though things like mixed couples have been acceptable for quite some time, the message of this story is told well and true to the prejudice it received in the time when it was significant. It's a much darker step than the previous ones, but it feels necessary in making the subject matter worth caring about. This series' wordless story-telling is masterful and comparable only to the Brackenwood series. I am excited to see the conclusion to this wonderful story.

No way

You tricked me. That was some incredible stuff. The credits of Spookyville 2 make more sense now. Cat rape is much more significant now than when I mentioned it in my earlier review.

Anyway, awesome stuff. I said this in my other review, but your pacing is perfect.

Incredible

That had so many false endings that I had to wait like 3 minutes after it ended just to be sure it ended. That was some amazing stuff. The brush lines instead of pen lines makes the art look and feel a whole lot better. I hope you adopt it exclusively in future cartoons. The jokes were all great, and the pacing was spot-on. The Jerry reference made me happy. Also, cat rape. Thanks, and I hope to see more of your stuff very soon.

Great stuff!

MGS cartoons usually have really irritating, stupid jokes. This luckily didn't fall into that group. The double parody was done perfectly, and the art was great (except the traced Mk. II). I have those Life Alert commercials, and you captured the oddities of it pretty well. Good job.

mrnihil responds:

drawing and animating the mkII was outside of the cartoon's budget.

Another promising cartoon

Though these don't seem all that long, they manage to get the job done and are still well told and well drawn. I really liked the animation of the blood on the Care Bear. I know it's a simple bit of animation, but for some reason it stuck in my head.

Great stuff. I'm pumped to see where this series goes.

Sexual-Lobster responds:

thanks, no where near half way yet!

I like to draw and complain about stuff.
