I definitely recommend WACOM all the way. Might be a little pricey, but they're absolutely incredible.

I have a WACOM tablet for my PC. It's very nice quality. I just needed a laptop, and thought a tablet one would be cool. It turns out anyone other than WACOM can't help but make glitchy shit.
