[CU-Christmas Special 06]

Pretty nice

I like that you guys have a new CU short almost every holiday. However, I wish that once you've made one for a holiday, you just skip that one the following year and go onto a more obscure one or something. I was kind of hoping for a Kwanzaa special. Oh well. Still funny.

This is what I was talking about. It's just one skit out of the show. The show wasn't picked up by the station we were originally going for, so onto others. I should probably put credits on it, Adam wrote this one, I just animated and directed it. Steven voiced it. Lots more to come! :)

[Snowy III: The Nightmare]

Very cool

I liked this one more than the others. It had a lot of cool stuff in it and neat story (despite you tearing down all the cheesy concepts along the way), rather than just a snowman killing kids like in the first one. But back to the fourth-wall type stuff, I think there was too much of it. They were basically asking questions all of us already wondered, answered, and accepted by the time they said it. Whatever, still a cool cartoon.

I missed the Festival again. I guess I'll never enter a submission. Anyway, great job. Much better than yours from last year. I'll try to watch this at First Night.
You need to make more cartoons. I don't want to have to wait another 12 months for your next cartoon. Very funny stuff.

["Waterman" Ep. IX]

Very nice presentation

It's rare to get such complete works on Newgrounds like this. For a site comprised of flash less than 3 minutes on average, pulling full-length television episode run-time is a crazy feat. I'm glad you finally got it done. See, I wouldn't have been able to do it this nice.

The graphics worked very well. All the newly designed characters -- particularly Johan -- were really stylish and cool (but I guess that credit probably goes to Boe and not necessarily you).

The voice acting was great and most of the sounds and music fit well, but there were times (for instance, while the ice cream truck drove) where sound was absent and felt weird and incomplete.

There wasn't an excessive amount of violence, but the very creative double eye puncture on the branch was the funniest thing I've seen all week, which leads me into the humor of the flash. It was, again, very Family Guy-esque. However, it didn't feel ripped off like some of the other episodes have felt like, or much of the other cartoons on Newgrounds. It also gives its own feel to the comedic type. It seems like everyone runs off on a tangent about an overly detailed metaphor they create to explain a point, and then lets go of their original point. I like that.

Overall, I think this is a worthy comeback episode. I'm glad to see that the series isn't dead. However, I'd still like to see the flaws removed or at least greatly reduced in future episodes.

Weird

All your videos have a cool, unique, flowing look to them. Very strange and creepy sexual themes in this one. This video was a little less serious than the others, but still very good. Nice job.

Finally

Extremely funny stuff. The washing machine emulator was very funny. This episode was of good length for its filesize. Nice crocodile. I can't wait for your next submission.

Animator vs. Animation+

That was pretty awesome. I would have liked more to the audio than the music, but you made it work well, so that's okay. If a sequel is even a smidge better, it will be fantastic. Very nice.

[Mecha-Death: Pilot]

Pretty awesome

The graphics weren't particularly outstanding, but the way they were used and animated in were amazing. The main menu and stuff looked terrible. As soon as I saw Arial text on a gradient rectangle, I almost vomited. Luckily I didn't because I wouldn't have seen this kickass pilot, and I would have had to get a new keyboard. I'd love to help out in some way to this series. I can see you making some extremely impressive stuff in the near future (not to say your past submissions haven't been memorable enough). I am boiling with anticipation for what the future holds.

Unfortunately he's a fat slob who working off of internet popularity, which we all know is worth so much. You have a keen eye in captivating these people's faces (like in Go Away and the last Numa Numa parody). I want more of you, Dustball. I love you.
