A great reminder of why we celebrate this series

The switching of the main character was kind of odd, but seeing the powers of Jesus put to use was nifty. This didn't seem as chaotic before, but it felt more deliberate and focused. This cartoon is a great reminder of why I see so many Madness clones and tributes all the time. Top notch Madness.

Nice looking, and good in length

Though I felt the story was uninteresting and generic, and some artwork looks messy, it's overall entertaining and nifty to look at. A lot of the animation is more-sp pseudo-animation, it still manages to look clean. The effects are great and the sound is pretty clean. Once again there is pointless near-nudity, which I think the cartoon could have gone without. The cartoon stopped playing for me at this part with an undead guy bleeding from the eye, even though it was fully loaded, and refuses to go beyond it, so I cannot see the full cartoon. I won't deduct anything for this, however, because it's either a Firefox issue, or it's an issue you will have resolved soon enough. Anyway, it's overall a good follow-up that people should check out.

A fantastic episode.

This episode was very funny and creative. I love this series.

Hooray!

I love these Shamoozal shorts. The look is gorgeous, the animation is clean, the voice-acting is sharp and clear, and the plot is to-the-point. I'm pumped for future episodes.

An incredible cartoon

That was way better than I was expecting it to be. The current score (4.09) doesn't reflect the quality of this short. The animation is top-notch and the comedy is killer (killer?).

PS: I still want another Irving cartoon.

Fucking weird

The purple motif -- if that's the right way to put it -- is an odd but fitting choice. The flashing of the rhythm in the mountains was nifty. This is a very odd experience.

Badass

Top-notch artwork. I love how it is identical in the style of Newgrounds' interface. It makes me want to print high-gloss screen-shots of it and rub them on various parts of my body. The DarkMan guy. He's pretty badass. Also the burnt corpse in the run-down car is a pretty tuff fucker too. Nice work, JohnnyUtah.
PS: I love you.

Very yes

Mucho. I liked this one very much. Even though you have mentioned that both this and the first Mastermind were in-between your other works, I am hoping for a third in the near future. The artwork is very nice, and the animation, though relatively minimal, is very good as well. I wonder if future episodes will contain any color other than red -- perhaps blue to signify a good side -- but as it is, it is very cool. I cannot wait for Racist Vampires, Mr. Swain. I WILL NOT WAIT!

The-Swain responds:

With such a tiny production time, I don't see how I could avoid making another one very soon :O Of course I have other projects that need finishing first (RV, YES YES, IT WILL BE DONE), so that would make me a very bad Swain if I deviate.

You know, I'm not certain why I picked a single color for the series (haha, I can now officially call it a series...I'm giddy). I think it's because I lack any inherent talent for manipulating colors. I mean, Blockhead is just an oversaturated, technicolor nightmare as it is. God help me if I ever try to broaden my grasp of color.

I like to draw and complain about stuff.
